He says Der Langrisser will be the end of his game translation career.
He might still finish Heroine Anthem 1, but 2 is cancelled because he can't play it anymore.
But he is releasing his tools to the public domain.

That's old news though, D said that over a year ago in private conversations already and he mentioned it on his blog too a few weeks ago. The source release for his tool is new however.
