I figured I'd release it since someone may have a use for it. It replaces the unused "Battle 2" battle theme with Frozen Flame from Radical Dreamers (was also in Chrono Cross). You need to use Temporal Flux or a hex editor to get the song to play. Keep in mind the ROM must not have a header.
