A guy I ran into because of my Phantasy Star Universe FAQ happens to speak Chinese, and he is interested in doing some translations with me. The first thing we'd try is the Biohazard on the NES (mostly just for fun, and because it doesn't look to be very text-heavy).

Now, I can handle most of the things needed to be done. But here's the question: Is there a program around to handle typing/viewing things in Chinese (like a JWPce, but for Chinese)? I mean, I could try the IME, but I'm having troubles getting that working for Japanese, and I much prefer having a word processor to use for those kinds of things.

Any ideas?
