Hello everyone.  My first ROM translation, The Tower of Druaga for the PC-Engine, was posted today.  There was only one screen that had Japanese text stored as graphics instead of ASCII, and I was unable to locate the screen's address in the ROM.  Is there anyone with experience hunting down graphics that would be interested in helping me make this translation 100%?  I've already been informed that I missed a secret message when the player enters a code that was intended for the Famicom version (Up x6, Left x4, Right x3 on the title screen), so I know that a 1.1 version is necessary.  But I'd like to take a stab at this subscreen if it's at all possible.  Thanks very much in advance for any suggestions.

FYI, the screen with Japanese writing is accessible by pressing Select twice during game play, or by pressing Button II when the floor hint is presented.

I may be completely off on this, but I think you might be able to find the graphic by tracing the code to find the routine that loads the graphic from somewhere within the ROM.

What, this?

I may be able to help, perhaps; I've been doing some PCE hacking lately (It's very similar to NES, at least as far as pure assembly goes).

Holy crap you found it  Shocked

Nice job.  Now I can finish it up.  Thank you so much, I didn't realize such a tool could be so useful.  Now I will know for the future.  I will be sure to thank you in the next version of the ReadMe.txt Silver X.  Thank you so much.

Oh crap  Sad  I wish I read this before I submitted the update to Nightcrawler...  I'm sorry Sliver, I was so excited by your post, I didn't look closely enough at your handle.  I promise to fix that after a little while.  I don't want to pester Nightcrawler with so many contributions.  Again, my sincere apologies.
