So I've been asked to do some editing by a friend, but I need Feidian because of how the font is stored. The thing is, I don't want to install PHP.

Can I run this using XAMPP somehow?

Also, does anyone have copies of the tile definitions at the Feidian website? Since, you know, they've been broken for ages and all.
