I was trying to make a nother Metroid 2 color version, but i cant seem to make the rom work after saving the pallete to the image.
many intrawebs for the help

Could you be a little more specific as to exactly where in the process the bug is ocurring?
Bear in mind that GBColorizer doesn't work on already colorized ROMs- so you have to use a fresh copy of the b/w Metroid II if you want to apply a new patch to the game.

well i have 1+2 of sector 6 fully colorized, and i decided to see if it would work, saved the pallete color information, then wrote it to the rom, started the rom up and nothing happened.
and i did it on a BW M2

I think I know where you're running into problems.
In VisualBoy Advance (I'm assuming you're using this program) set your emulator mode to GBC. Make sure it's not set to either autoselect or GB. GBColorizer-made ROMs will only work specifically set to GBC mode.
