I'm trying to start a project on Super Puzzle Fighter IIX (for DreamCast) and can open the main (.PVR) textures fine - however the other graphic files appear to be stored in a series of .BIN files - does anyone know of a way of extracting these? Thanks a lot for any help - hopefully i can achieve this project

If I know Capcom, they're probably in the same format as normal MAME ROMs. Graphic dumps, nothing more.

Have you opened the bin files up and and scanned them for graphics like Kitsune suggested? They are probably straight data files. You won't need to extract anything.
Beyond that, it seems nobody knows or wants to help. So, please no more bumping.
