I have downloaded the Wozz English patch and now I'm trying to play the game, but I have this annoying problem: the damage numbers usually show up BEHIND the enemies and characters making them impossible to be seen. I'm playing the rom using zsnesw1.42. I've tried changing video modes but the ones I've tried didn't solve the problem. Can anyone help me?

Read the readme that comes with the patch, for it is omniscient.

There is one translation problem I've found- Confusion with east and west. The characters cannot seem to make up their minds! Is the mountain to the west or to the east?!

It is, effectively, to the east, but two(?) characters say it is west. I don't know if this is intentional or if it is mentioned in the readme (if so, then... I deserve a spanking >_>)... The direction-disoriented characters are in the fourth town (the one north of the cheese tower/ pyramid town) and is related to the Enchanted Mountain and the Forest of Flames.

That was one of the worst bug reports I've ever seen. Tongue

I have no idea what you're referring to.

The read me says use the Nov 16, 2006 version of ZSNES, while the latest on the ZSNES site is still 1.42.  I found the lastest WIP version, just search for ZSNES WIP.

On the other hand, I confused the the starting character stats are so insane.  The starting enemies have around 8 and 30HP while I have 999 HP, MP, attack, ect.  Also the starting weapons give around +9 att. What is up with that?  I leveled up and my stats didn't increase either.

I thought I did.  It didn't have any thing after its name indicating that it was altered.  Oh well I will find a different one.

The name of a file means absolutely nothing. Information on the correct source ROM is in the readme.
