I'm using the ever popular Temporal Flux 2.0 to make my own Chrono Trigger game, and I would like to know if there is any way to edit the character models (aka sprites) that are used in the game.

There are screenshots of him editing characters on Geiger's site so I would assume it's included but you just don't know how to use it.

Check out this thread... http://www.chronocompendium.com/Forums/index.php?topic=2872.0The sprite assembly data is discussed there, if you want to edit sprites fully, or if you want to do some minor graphics edits, use a graphics editor like Tile Molester. The playable character graphics are uncompressed, and the npc and enemy graphics are compressed, but can be decompressed and recompressed and reinserted using Temporal Flux's Compression utility. If you want brand new sprites, you are going to have to use both. To edit the sprite assembly data, you will need to edit it manually with a hex editor. DaMarsMan, perhaps the screenshots you mentioned were of PeerSpriteViewer? It only views the graphics (and also decompresses CT's and FF6's compressed packets).

What I wanted to try to do was incorporate a new "team" of enemies along with Lavos in the final battle. I am a little new at this hacking scheme, but from what knowledge I have, all I really need is an idea, right?
This new "team" would be evil clones of whatever team you chose to face Lavos. IE if you chose Crono, Ayla, and Robo, then the cloned team would be evil versions of these, and the computer would be able to perform whatever techs (single, dual, and triple) for this team that the player had unlocked for his own.
Does that make sense?

Yeah, to get started you'll need an idea, inspiration, direction, whatever, but then you're gonna need to do a little work to bring it to life. Not sure how far along you are, but check out our Getting Started page.

I've seen what you can do with TF2.0, with Crimson Echoes and Coliseum being the results. So here's something from the CE demo. How do I make my own title screen?

Well, you can't make a mode 7 title screen using TF2.0, but you can take an area, for example, heckrans cave, since CE isn't using that cave, they used this map to do the title screen. I know this because I had to redo the title screen for that hack awhile back. But that is if you wanna mess up an area to do so, or you can find a map that has tons of empty space and make a simple intro (the first part of the mellinum fair has a good bit of empty space). you can have it point to the area, and create new event code, or use an empty event code and start from scratch on what you want the intro to do. whew.. sorry for being confusing.
