I just received an email from a friend that said that one of my translations (Dream Penguin Adventure) has a bug, which I intend to fix... but that's not the point of this post.

While I am happy with sl1me's graphic work on the title screen ( http://vice.parodius.com/trans/dpa.html ), I think it could be much more than that.

So here's the question... should I remake the title screen? Maybe use the right translation for the game's title? (Dream Penguin Story vs. Dream Penguin Adventure)

I dunno. What about you?

I have no opinion, but there is a disturbingly similar NES game called Binary Land. It's weird. Shocked

I think the existing screen is fine. I guess I just don't think title screens hold that much importance. If you've got a nice one already, I'd move on to something else. But that's just me. I know you have a specialty in title screen making.

If it's not a ton of work and--more importantly--if you feel like it, then go ahead. I don't think it's a huge deal, but if you're up to tweaking it then it could be cool.

What, there's no "I don't particularly care either way" option? :p

Seriously. If you're happy with it as-is, why change it? If you're not, why're you asking for our opinions?
