I played the hack (use google, the hack is ditributed in ROM form as opposed to a patch) (oh and YES I DO have a Simon's Quest cart).
This is kind of impressive, but to be honest without the retarded people in it it really doesn't feel like Simon's Quest any longer.

as it should be  i think nintendo stopped caring about nes roms a while ago.. maybe im wrong though watching that vid made me want to play castlevania I.. man that game is hard even using save states.. |

Well it wouldn't be hard to make a patch out of the patched-ROM. you should be able to just compare it with the original and you'll still get the changes, yes? And then it can be uploaded like all the other edits on this site.

\t VC is basically an emulator and ROMs, for the NES Roms they are using iNES headers. Fanboys just think it's more authentic because Nintendo sells them. Strangely all "difficult" to emulate games are never released on VC... |

Yes, in the PSP the emulator is part of the system software, and changes/updates with it. |

Congrats... this remember me I should try to walk through this hack.
But I'd admit a good part of the fun in CV2 was the terrible scrip - without it there is no much fun left as the game itself is bland and boring.
