Nah, this is someone having fun with sprite rips, actual game footage and Adobe AfterEffects.

01. Sonic the Hedgehog
02. Tetris
03. Duck Hunt (with the machine gun from Doom, I'm pretty sure)
04. Pacman
05. Q-Bert
06. The Legend of Zelda
07. Super Mario Kart
08. Battletoads (the depicted stage is infamous for being nearly impossible)
09. Space Invaders
10. Contra
11. Punch-Out
12. Wii Fit Plus
13. Pong
14. Mortal Kombat

Let's see why these aren't hacked:

01. Sonic the Hedgehog - no HUD
02. Tetris - widescreen?
03. Duck Hunt - too many sprites, & the machine gun from Doom
04. Pacman - I know there are a million versions of Pacman, but one with those ghost faces?
05. Q-Bert - who knows, maybe that one was ripped Shocked
06. The Legend of Zelda - Link doesn't move that slow; variable-width spacing? Without changing the dialogue?
07. Super Mario Kart - okay I'm board with this charade - they're obviously not hacks
