Hey guys I've finally found a translated rom of Final Fantasy 7 Pirate Famicom Version.
I want to post the IPS file but there is only a patched rom on the web, is there a way to extract the patch from a patched rom by using a clean one and a programme?
I've also seen this with other roms and I would like to add them to the database because these translators don't have sites and I have no way to contact them.
I shall give them the credit.

So, it's not needed.

For future reference, LunarIPS is all you need for patching and creating IPS files.
