It's nice to see some progress on that for once... now only if they can figure out how to fix that one town to make it fully grown... that would be awesome.

I've done some warping around with codes, edited memory to set probably all the flags...there's no fully expanded Litz if that's what you're talking about.
This would require a full mapping/scripting job.

Late edit: (As in a level 3 version, instead of the single expansion that exists)

Are you saying it doesn't exist at all? Although when I think about it, I guess it would make sense in a way...

Yeah.

There are dummied-out areas in the game, such as this police station, but as far as I can tell, no big-city Litz.

(There are other dummied-out police  stations, but this is the only one that still has any people in it).

Event flags start at 7E06C0 of memory, no idea where they end.
