To make a long story short, though, I kind of doubt anyone would do this. 3D model ripping from a console (particularly from the PSX, which doesn’t have a standard 3D model format, much less a standard animation format) involves a lot of trouble, and you’d have to really figure out a lot of details, like how the animations were done, how textures were mapped, how the hitboxes are determined, and so forth. By the time it was all RE’d and placed into more “normal†model formats, everyone would just have a big headache and not a lot to show for it. It’s theoretically possible, but I don’t think you could even
pay anyone who was capable of doing this. You’d pretty much have to find someone who’s already obsessed with doing it themselves (if memory serves, this is how the Sonic models were finally ripped from SA1-SH, but now I’m getting kind of fuzzy on my forum habits of auld...).
You might get better results commissioning a 3D artist or something, of course, but then you’re just looking at something different entirely
