For the moment I use FCEUX PPU Viewer or Name Table Viewer. Somebody know a best method to extract correct the name/character table and know a good program like Thingy (I use windows version) but more powerfull?
Thanks!

Nobody uses Thingy anymore. Try WindHex.

As for extracting it, use romjuice. It's a command-line app but it's good stuff. Cartographer is newer; I've never used it myself, but it might work better.

Thank you Ryusui. I have tested your recommanded programs but I have a little problem... You have told me about Romjuice and Cartographer but they need the .tbl file (this must be created by the user I think). I know how to create a .tbl file but the problem is I'm not very good at this and I don't know a good method to "extract" all the characters from the game and for this reason when I insert the .tbl file the characters not view very good...
This is what I want: a program that access the rom file and extract/create a .tbl file correctly. Do you think if programs like what I want exist? Or do I need to go through the entire game and manualy create a .tbl file with the corresponding characters?
Thanks!

Typically, no. The closest thing to a magic program that magically makes tbl files for you would be the "Relative Search" in Windhex32 or Monkey-Moore. Using a relative search technique wont always be successful.
