Hey, I'm trying to use the level editor for Ghosts 'n' Goblins, but it keeps giving me the error of missing a 'WNOSTRAY.OCX' file.  Normally I don't have much trouble, google fixes these.  But I noticed that almost all the results for this file are random sites that are all flagged for various scams and whatnots by WOT, and also, are obvious "bad" internet places.  You know, the they just look like the part of don't-download-from-here.

Any advice for this little problem? 

Call me cautious but I don't feel like downloading it to find out what the results are.  I don't have a lack of faith in the editor's capability, but that every place looks untrustworthy, makes the usability of the editor drop to nothing for me.

Has anyone gotten this editor to run before?
