So, apparently I'm allowed to host bug-tracking for projects not affiliated with Atheme at our (Atheme's) JIRA bug-tracking instance; this includes wikis through our Confluence Wiki instance.

People who actively maintain utilities or ROM hacks who wish to benefit from having a bug tracker are welcome to contact me, either through email, forum PM, or IRC PM; however, they must first register on the bug tracker so I can set the project lead appropriately. Note that bug reports are publicly viewable and anyone may comment on them. There are many reasons to have a bug tracker, but centralizing bug reports and handling thereof through a medium that is not one's inbox is pretty handy. (Please note, however, that this does not mean I will host zero-day translation efforts or similar projects.)

To reiterate: This is for people who actively maintain a ROM hack or ROM-hacking related utilities, including emulators.

(If this isn't the right place for this announcement, blame Lenophis and move the thread. :p)

First, you were completely ambiguous about what you wanted to do, and then I clearly said "probably site talk."
