Use Tile Molester or any other program to view the graphics.  The graphics will be scrambled when you see them as most parts are used on other sprites.  Check Geiger's Offsets guide for the character graphics locations.

Press Ctrl + G to open the menu so you can jump to the offset.  Type where the location of where the characters are using Geiger's Offsets guide, press OK and you'll be there.
