This is a title for a game:
女å…æœã‚’ç€ã¦
If I've got the translation right, I believe it translates to "Young Girls Wearing Clothes" or something to that effect. Is that right?

Well, I'm asking this because the game's got no trannies in it, nothing else particularly prurient, and it's not a dressing game.
It's got girls; it's got clothes; the girls are wearing the clothes. Most of these clothes don't look like school uniforms. The Google translation engine gave out "Girls" and "Wearing" and "Clothes" when I had it translate each word separately. It did not indicate which terms modify which others.

It's a puzzle game for the NES. There doesn't seem to be any hidden text in it; the pattern tables all check out and I don't think there would be any room in the PRG for anything else, even if it were encrypted or something. There isn't really any more context to it.
So again, is that translation right or not, essentially?

So "Schoolgirls" is necessarily possessive?
Incidentally, when running this through the (terrible) Google translator, I notice the translation keeps shifting based on how I divide the words. Splitting every letter yields "Woman Child Clothes A Wear And." I'm thinking "schoolgirl" might just refer to age rather than status. (A "woman child" = "a school-age girl")
Or maybe I'm just reading this backwards or something...

å¥³å… is literally "a primary school-aged girl". So essentially, a girl still in elementary school. Since æœ(ãµã, clothing) is right after it, it's describing the type of clothing. So this is an elementary schoolgirl uniform.

Could you possibly give us a screenshot of the title screen? A search doesn't yield much results to that title. It's always possible you just read it wrong.
