I don't know how I'd categorize this thread and I don't know how accurate the translation the screenshot is. A Japanese friend of mine translated a screenshot so that an online translator wouldn't butcher the language.
What do you guys make of this?

From what it looks like to me is similar to that HTML FFIV editor where you make your edits in the editor and paste the HEX into the hex editor so that it works. Correct me if I'm wrong.
