Yes. Personal Projects though should be related to ROMhacking, but since there is interest and it is kind of homebrew related, it should be OK.

Since we're on the topic of Genesis, I've been curious about something else. How accurate is the Phantasy Star 4 translation? It seems like the game mainly uses four-letter character names, a lot of abbreviations in battle menus, etc.
