Hey fellas, I've been stabbing my brain about how to open the editor. I follow the instructions on how to make it run but no dice, my pc has Windows XP Home Edition and my Laptop has Windows 2000. I'm also using the Japanese ROM, but yeah any advice given I'd really appreciate it.
