I just tried to decipher what he meant. And... What the vatenkeist has my signature to do with you head hurting?

you can sign up for hosting in a variety of different places. your isp probably even gives you a few megs of webspace.

He's asking probably because there is no direct way of uploading from your harddisk to rhdn when submitting a hack!

Just use www.tripod.com, www.geocities.com, or some similar services to get the data on-line. Then you can link to it when submitting a hack.

Either of those sites are good, just don't use one of those "wait in line to download" sites (MegaUpload, Rapidshare, etc.), your submission will be rejected.
