I downloaded the "Enemy Customizer" program by  Dr. Dimension, but it refuses to start, giving me the message:

"The Application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem"

I would really like to get this working. I've been trying to make a Final Fantasy 7 hard type ever since I had a Playstation Game Shark and it's RAM editor.

If I can't get this to work, I could give it a go with a hex editor or something.

The pc version of ff7 has been hacked to hell and back. You can do everything from making tifa have seps hair and likewise for sep with tifas.
I suggest googling that and working on that because the pc version is so much better thanks to the community.
