Is there a utility or at least a way to hack the pallette of GBA games, say, Zelda: LTTP for GBA?

This guide is the only thing I know about GBA palettes:

Gba palette's work just like Snes' and Psx CLUTs. Same stuff, dude.

I don't Sad I've only done one hack and that was using a utility. I have no real grasp of Hex, even though I know a bit of the basics... Either way, akadewboy's link helped me a bit...

I was going to create something for handling Snes/Gba/Psx palettes, but that project is dead. Don't know if there is anything similar, but maybe Tile Molester can handle palettes in some way.

Yousei's SNES palette editor will work for GBA games.

Ack! Cheesy Thank you! I was gonna go akadewboy's way and use the link (actually, I got to the part where you needed to open a hex editor... I was confused for a few seconds because everything so far had been on VBA... Then I go up again, and whaddaya know? Tools... >_>)

Hmm... Neither one helped... LTTP's pallette's probably a little harder than I originally thought it was... ... ... But isn't it just a pallette like any other? I mean, I'm talking about this through very, VERY limited experience... but still...
