Are you trying to translate it into English? Or another language? As far as I know, Fatal Relations already has a translation in English.
Edit:
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THAT PROVIDED LINK. IT CONTAINS the Win95:CIH 1.x VIRUS!!!!!

You can't post a direct download link here (knowing the meaning of warez?).
