I found a really nice utitlity. I don't know if anyone has heard of it but it's called bitmap font builder. It takes a font and creates a bitmap of it. Which is really useful for hacking. It also has support for saving the width of the characters. That alone makes it very useful. Check it out here. Bitmap Font Builder

I use to play Disasteroids 3D all the time. Did you add Bitmap Font Builder to the site?
